The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “Regulation”), the Act on the Processing of Personal Data, and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended.

Definitions

Data subject: A natural person (visitor or user) to whom the personal data relate (hereinafter also “you” or “visitor”);
Personal data: Any information about an identified or identifiable visitor; an identifiable visitor is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person (hereinafter also “data” or “information”);
Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data, carries out the processing, and is responsible for it. The controller of personal data is invitech.cz s.r.o. (hereinafter also “we”);
Processor: An entity that, on the basis of the law or on the controller’s instructions, processes personal data on behalf of the controller under a personal data processing agreement (hereinafter also “business partner” or “partner”);

Purpose of processing personal data: The reason why personal data are processed. Such a reason may be, for example, providing information via the website, managing user accounts (if any), handling suggestions and complaints, sending informational newsletters, or displaying advertisements based on visitors’ interests;

How are personal data processed?

Personal data are processed both manually and automatically. We keep proper records of all processing activities in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.

We do not create profiles from your personal data for the purpose of analyzing or predicting your preferences, interests, economic situation, reliability, location, or movements (a typical example of profiling is monitoring the behavior of website visitors in order to track their preferences so that the operator can approach them in the future with an offer tailored specifically to them).

What are the rights of data subjects?

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights (Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR):

  • The right of access to personal data.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete personal data.

  • The right to restriction of the processing of personal data.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to object to processing.
  • The right to information about automated decision-making, including profiling.

If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

How are cookies processed?

The cookies processed can be divided according to their validity into:

  • temporary cookies (so-called session cookies), which remain stored in your browser only until you close your browser,
  • permanent cookies (so-called persistent cookies), which remain stored in your browser for a long time until their lifespan expires or until you remove them manually (the period for which cookies are stored in your browser depends on the settings of the cookie itself and the settings of your browser).

And according to their functions into:

  • essential cookies, which are necessary for the functionality of our website,
  • preference cookies, which allow our website to remember information that changes how the website behaves or looks (e.g. your preferred language or the region where you are located); these cookies are not necessary for our website to function, but they increase its functionality and the convenience of using it,
  • analytics cookies, which help us analyze your experience on our website (the so-called User Experience) and thanks to which we understand how you use our website.

We do not use third-party cookies on the basis of which tracking takes place across multiple websites, in order to provide you with personalized content and advertising on third-party websites and other channels.
